Join us for the 3rd Annual Meals from the Heartland Cedar Rapids Hunger Fight presented by Hy-Vee, Transamerica, and Cargill! Our goal during this 3-day event is to package 400,000 Taco Mac meals, many of which will stay in the Cedar Rapids area to feed our hungry neighbors.
